Privacy policy
What data we process, on what basis, for how long and what rights you have. This covers the website and enquiries sent from it.
1. Controller
The controller is Goodevent s.r.o., company no. 02796261, Platnéřská 90/13, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1.

2. What data and why
From the enquiry form: first name, surname, phone, email, type of event, approximate guest count, date, place and the text of the message. The basis is steps taken at your request prior to a contract under art. 6(1)(b); the purpose is preparing an offer and replying.
When an event is delivered, further data necessary for the contract and for invoicing. The basis is performance of the contract and, for accounting documents, a legal obligation under art. 6(1)(c).
Measurement and advertising tools: identifiers in the browser and data about the visit. The basis is the consent given in the cookie banner, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Technical server logs: IP address and request headers, on the basis of a legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
3. Photographs from events
Recording at an event is agreed in advance. The client is the organiser and it is the client who informs the guests; we supply the material for that.
We do not publish material without the client's written consent. This website carries no photographs of specific events delivered for our clients.
4. For how long
An enquiry that does not lead to a contract: one year from the last communication.
Contract documentation: for the term of the contract and then for the limitation period.
Accounting and tax documents: for the period set by law.
Server logs: usually six months.
5. Who the data goes to
The hosting provider as a processor, to the extent needed to run the site.
Suppliers involved in a specific event, only to the extent needed to deliver it. Suppliers are named in the offer.
Providers of measurement and advertising tools, if you consent to them. Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers then rest on standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell data.
6. Automated decision-making
None takes place. No decisions are made automatically about anyone on the basis of data from this site, and nobody is profiled.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent where processing rests on it.
A request is handled within one month of delivery.
A complaint may be lodged with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
8. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
9. Changes
This policy may be amended. The version published on the website applies; the date of the last change is given above.
