How we work
One person on the phone
There is one coordinator at the event who knows the schedule and talks to the suppliers. You deal with them, not with eight firms.
A fallback already in the plan
For the outdoor part and for the equipment it is agreed in advance what happens if it rains or the power fails, and who decides.

What an event rests on and where it snags
Most of what goes wrong at an event does not go wrong on the night. It goes wrong weeks earlier, in decisions that looked unimportant at the time. This text follows those: guest numbers, venue, timings, food, equipment and the contract.

Common questions
What people ask most
It depends on guest numbers, the venue and the scope of the programme, so we do not put prices on the website. After an enquiry you get an itemised offer that shows what each part costs, and you can cut items from it.
No. An enquiry is a question, an offer is a proposal, and only what both sides sign is binding.
For smaller events weeks are enough; for larger ones, and for December dates in Prague, venues fill up months ahead. When the date is close we say straight away what can still be done in the time and what cannot.
Yes. We work across the Czech Republic and abroad. For more distant places we include crew travel and accommodation in the offer so that it is not a surprise.
No. The eight areas under Services can be ordered separately or together. Some clients have their own venue or band and want only the equipment and the coordination added.
It depends when. Deposits with the venue, the band and the caterer have their own deadlines, and the closer to the date, the smaller the refundable share. The specific deadlines are in the offer and in the contract.
That is governed by the contract with the venue owner and differs from place to place. Where a lot hangs on it we recommend event insurance and list it in the offer as a separate item.
Photographs from a company event are usually personal data and guests have to be told about them in advance. We agree what is photographed, who receives the material and whether it will be published; processing on our side is described in the privacy policy.
